Abstract

Problem of increase of reliability of crankshafts bearings units of mediumreverse diesel engines is considered. Analysis of type of destructions and faults of crankshaft bearings is represented. Constructor-technological decisions, directed to lowering of oil’s temperature and increase the bearings resource, are proposed. Mathematical model, permitted to determine hydrodynamic pressure and temperature in slip bearings of crankshaft, is developed. Results of experiments and calculations are shown.
